Membership
The three levels of membership are Active,
Contributing, and Sustaining. All members receive the KAY QUARTERLY
newsletter as it is published in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Back issues are kept in print and are available for $1 each for
members of the Association.

Descendants of Robert Kay, 2nd Ed"
Updated and reprinted in 1999, this mammoth volume is
a product of years of research. The book traces eleven generations of
the Kay Family from Virginia to South Carolina and throughout the
South. Includes name index.

"Portraits From the Past"
Published in 1994, 'Portraits' comprises the bulk of
the KFAs outstanding photographic collection. Photos primarily
date from the latter half of the 19th century and cover family
members from all 5 of Robert Kays sons. Includes name index

"The Kay Chronicles"
Originally written in 1909 and published in 1992, this
book traces the Kay Family in England from 1332 to the end of the
19th century. An addendum links James Kay of Virginia to his English
roots. Includes name index.

Bicentennial Reunion Videotape
In 1991, the KFA hosted a family reunion celebrating
200 years of Kays in South Carolina. This videotape compresses the
three days of events enjoyed by several hundred family members into 8
hours of highlights.

Birdhole Farm Lithograph
Birdhole Farm in Bury, England, was occupied by Kay
Family members as early as the mid-1500s and was the birthplace of
the immigrant James Kay in 1634. The original watercolor by John
Hassell shows Birdhole Farm as it might have been in the 17th century.
